Snow Hill Farms was established in 2000, owned and operated by Jared Harrell. The farm is located in Northeastern North Carolina near the small town of Hertford, in the county of Perquimans. Jared started out his farm by showing "show" steers and heifers at a young age. He started keeping his best heifers and breeding them to the best bulls the industry can offer, from Heatwave, Monopoly, Who Made Who, Paddy O' Malley and many others. His passion was not only showing and competing at the county, state and national level but also selling his elite group of club calves to 4-H participants and show kids across the country. If you are looking for quantity of calves we are getting there, but if you are seriously on the look for quality show calves then we are the right place for you. We pride ourselves on the cattle we raise and sell and we are always striving to improve ourselves in the show cattle business. On the farm we have accumulated Chi x Maine x Angus crosses, registered Maine and Maine Tainers and a few top shorthorn females.
